Rules for using the website, reading articles and submitting manuscripts.

By using futureagriculture.co.in or submitting material to Future Agriculture E-Magazine, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the submission service.

1. Permitted website use

You may browse, link to and use published material subject to the licence or rights notice applying to that material. You must use the website lawfully and must not disrupt its operation, bypass security, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, scrape at a level that impairs service, impersonate another person, collect others' personal data without authority or use the site to send unlawful or misleading content.

2. Administration access

Administrative access is restricted to authorised personnel. Login details must be kept confidential. Unauthorised access or attempted access is prohibited. Future Agriculture may suspend access reasonably believed to be compromised or misused.

3. Submission responsibilities

A submitter confirms that the information supplied is accurate; all authors and affiliations are identified appropriately; all authors approve the submission; the work is original and not simultaneously submitted elsewhere; ethical approvals and consents have been obtained; confidential data has been protected; and permissions exist for all third-party material. The submitter must promptly disclose errors, competing interests, prior publication and any change affecting these assurances.

4. Editorial discretion

Future Agriculture may screen, request changes, accept, decline, pause, correct, withdraw or retract content under its published policies. Submission does not guarantee review by an external expert, acceptance, publication, indexing, a publication date or continued availability in a particular technical format.

5. Article processing charge

No fee is due when a manuscript is submitted. If an article is formally accepted, an article processing charge of INR 700 (₹700) becomes payable before publication. Payment does not guarantee acceptance and cannot influence the editorial decision. Authors must follow only payment instructions sent from the official futureagriculture.co.in email address. Cancellations, duplicate payments and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Article copyright and reuse are governed by the Copyright & Licensing Policy and the notice on the article. The Future Agriculture name, logo, website design, software, original editorial text and compilation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law and may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation.

7. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in a manuscript, abstract or message. Authors are responsible for having a lawful basis to provide information about co-authors, research participants and other identifiable persons.

External links and third-party services are provided for convenience and remain subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Future Agriculture does not control them and is not responsible for their content, security or availability.

9. Availability and warranties

The website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. Future Agriculture does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent file availability, completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or a particular agricultural outcome. The separate Disclaimer also applies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Agriculture and its editors, board members and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use, inability to access the site, reliance on content or third-party resources. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

11. Changes and termination

We may update the website and these Terms to reflect legal, editorial or operational changes. The revised date will be displayed on this page. We may restrict use that violates these Terms or threatens the website, other users or the integrity of the publication.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should try in good faith for 30 days to resolve a dispute by writing to chiefeditor@futureagriculture.co.in. Subject to any mandatory forum provided by law, courts with jurisdiction in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction.
