Policy update for submissions from 29 August 2026
Authors retain copyright and accepted articles are normally published under CC BY 4.0. There is no submission or separate review fee. An article processing charge of INR 700 (₹700) becomes payable only after acceptance and before publication. This update supersedes the older copyright-transfer wording in the PDF guide.
